Is there a minimum order quantity? No, we are happy to work with orders of all sizes.
Can I get a sample? Yes, of course. We want to be sure you are happy with the colour and fit of a garment before customisation.
Please note that we require full payment for all samples before shipping. Once the samples are returned to us within 14 days, we will refund your account in full for this.
Can I see the logo before production begins? Absolutely, in fact we insist upon it. Once the order has been confirmed, we will send you a physical sample of your logo for you to approve before production begins. Most companies only email a proof across, which does not always give you a sense of what the final result will be.
From experience, we know how important it is to see and feel a sample of the embroidered image. It is not possible to get a true picture of what your logo will look like when looking at an image on the computer, the colours, thread direction and placement just do not translate.
At this stage, we can make any colour adjustments or resizing you may require.
How much will it cost to embroider? Our prices are based on the quantity you would like embroidered. For a standard chest size logo there is a one-off set up fee of £12.50 ex VAT per logo and the embroidery prices per garment are listed below. Free set up on orders of more than 40 garments.

The prices in the table above are for logos with a stitch count of up to 10,000 (this covers the vast majority of chest size logos). We can help with logos of all sizes, if you are looking for a larger logo get in touch and we will be able to price it up for you.
How long will it take to receive my order? We try to turn every order around as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our standard lead time is 10 working days from your approval. Naturally, we will keep you updated during the order process.
What if I need to return my order? We do not accept returns on any items that have been customised, which is why we put such emphasis on the approval process.
In the unlikely event that there is a fault with your order, get in touch and we will investigate and remedy this for you.
